Agent Spotlight: Jason Taylor

jason taylorJason Taylor came to RE/MAX Momentum December 2014.  Jason became a real estate broker associate with arguably the richest and most practical education of anyone entering the business.  Jason worked ten years for title companies. He began in 1998 as a file clerk and worked his way up through all the facets of the business. For a short while, he worked for Koller Marketing.  Koller is a company that helps small to medium sized businesses increase their market shares.  He then worked as a short sales transaction manager, and followed that by working for a real estate company that had contracts with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to sell foreclosed homes.  He once again started at the bottom doing occupancy checks and worked up through BPO’s where he used the skill he’d learned from appraisal school.  He also climbed through doing repair estimates, repair approvals, cash for keys, evictions and property preservation.  This man did it all.  And then he got his real estate license!

Success in real estate was practically a given.  But nobody in real estate is successful without hard work and dedication.  Obviously Jason had that part in spades; add his desire to continually learn and grow professionally, his genuine caring and that amazing preparation; yes, Jason definitely is successful. That is also why Jason chose Momentum.  The abundant educational offerings, the mentoring, and Momentum culture which says we are a family; we all help each other be successful. Jason is happy to share his own knowledge with his colleagues and is not hesitant to tap into other agents‘ stores of knowledge and experience.  Jason achieved the RE/MAX 2016 Executive Club Award while still working full time in the office end.

Jason was born in Oxford, England, to a British mum and American dad. Not only did he live in England, but lived for five years in Germany when he was just a kid.  Thanks to school field trips and his mum and dad, Jason was able to travel to many places in Europe.  Eventually, the family settled in Colorado; his parents live in Estes Park. Jason’s brother and his family are living full time in Haiti as missionaries.

Diane, Jason’s soul mate, and Jason have been married 17 years and have four great children. The oldest works construction, the next is a Marine, and the two younger are students at Pomona High School. Jason enjoys being home with the family watching TV, playing board games and being dad to this lovely family.  That, and date nights with Diane.  As for sports teams, the Rockies and the Chicago Bears.

Jason loves the beauty of the Colorado mountains and having four seasons.  His career with Momentum allows Jason the financial stability, and yet the flexibility to enjoy his family without that worry of time and money.

Jason Taylor has a totally client first attitude. He wants his clients to view him as an agent they can trust who thinks of their desires over his own.
