Agent Spotlight: Nicole Villani-Skaggs

nicoleNicole came to RE/Max Momentum  in September of 2015.  Coming to Momentum to pursue her career in real estate was the perfect move for Nicole.  She had enjoyed a career as a branch manager with Adams Bank and Trust; a company that is family owned and operated and has had amazing success.   Then she became Bookkeeper for the local non-profit BeadforLife.  If you don’t know of this organization treat yourself to their Facebook page.  BeadforLife helps Ugandan women lift themselves out of poverty by creating sustainable opportunities in a worldwide circle of exchange.  Real Estate is a lovely combination of finance and financial opportunity where that investment and, in many cases exchange, includes having a home as the bedrock of a family’s wealth and stability.

Although she’s a super listing broker; Nicole really enjoys working with buyers.  She says it best, “There is a connection that gets built while in the process that isn’t replicated in many other lines of service.” Nicole wants to provide her clients with an experience, whether buying or selling, where they feel that they are her top priority and to give them a level of service that they remember.

Nicole and her husband have three active children, active indeed.  They are involved in hockey, football, baseball, gymnastics and dance.  Nicole loves that real estate gives her flexibility to be the cheerleading, chauffeuring, nurturing mom while keeping pace with a challenging and rewarding career.  And in her free time…wait, what free time? Nicole is that wonderfully organized, energetic individual who makes the time to bake for her lucky family and even to read a few books.

In addition to loving her family and their activities, Nicole loves the fall colors of Colorado.
