Agent Spotlight: Curtis Allan

Curtca-agent-picis Allan just celebrated his second anniversary with RE/MAX Momentum, but was in the industry in peripheral roles prior to becoming a real estate agent. Before joining Momentum, Curtis spent a decade between Lennar Homes as a New Home Consultant and Pulte Homes as a Construction Manager.  Realizing his knowledge and customer service expertise would translate easily into a real estate profession, he opted for the flexibility and autonomy in a career as a Realtor. In combination with his previous experience, Curtis is also a Denver native, yielding an extensive familiarity with local market trends, an understanding of a wide spectrum of neighborhoods including their amenities and the most technologically savvy marketing strategies when it comes to selling homes.

Although he still enjoys navigating buyers through new build transactions, one of his primary motivations behind becoming a Realtor was so he could help a greater array of people. With his clients’ absolute satisfaction as his highest priority, Curtis has quickly established himself as a reliable resource for his clientele and works diligently to help others looking for assistance in buying or selling a home. He has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver in 2014, a RE/MAX Executive Award winner in 2015 and a 5-Star Premier Agent by Zillow.

Outside of the office, Curtis loves spending time with his wife and two children. He loves every outdoor adventure Colorado has to offer, especially snowboarding, hiking, boating and camping. In addition to all the roles he plays, he’s proud to be a Scout Den Leader in his son’s boy scouting undertakings. Curtis’ philosophy is to provide excellence in any endeavor and it’s clearly identifiable professionally and personally alike!
