Agent Spotlight: Sue Stylianos-Merich

SSM agent photoSue Stylianos-Merich is coming up on her fifth Anniversary with RE/MAX Momentum, but has been guiding buyers and sellers through real estate transactions for more than a decade. Formerly a loan originator in New York, Sue moved to Colorado in 1999, spending several years as a stay-at-home mom. When her son started high school, her familiarity with the real estate industry and the flexible schedule it came with seemed to be the perfect opportunity for a new career.

Sue quickly figured out that real estate is so much more than simply assisting in the transfer of property between parties. It’s about building relationships and truly understanding what her clients ultimate ambitions are when it comes to buying and selling property. Her clients’ complete satisfaction is her number one priority and the expertise she continues to relentlessly refine over the years assures them every decision they make will be well informed and carefully counseled. In addition to that, Sue’s success comes from her attention to detail and organization in documenting the entire process, making for a smooth transaction and a positive experience for everyone involved.

Sue got married at the beginning of 2015, adding a couple more titles outside of the real estate profession – “wife” and “Grandma Sue”! In addition to her son, her family has grown to include her husband, two stepdaughters and four step-grandchildren. Passionate about all things Colorado, Sue is one of the most loyal Broncos fans out there. Before every home game, you can find her and an impressive posse of friends tailgating, rooting on the home team. Other than that, she enjoys riding motorcycles, cooking and traveling to tropical destinations.

The bottom line: Sue Stylianos-Merich is here, full time, all the time, to provide direct support for your real estate needs!
